Training the Weatherization Workforce

Whether you're planning to improve the energy efficiency of your own home, or joining the home Weatherization (WX) industry, you need to learn the right ways to do it.  We offer several courses on WX, using the techniques approved by the state of Illinois, as well as national programs.  Having taught IHWAP (Illinois Home Weatherization Assistance Program) classes at Lewis and Clark Community College, we can either help you become a professional retrofitter, or show you how to act like one when fixing your own home.
