The Peace-of-Mind Inspection

Do you live in an older home that, as far as you know, has never been inspected? Maybe you inherited it, or bought it before inspections were deemed necessary, and you're concerned about how safe, energy efficient, or up-to-date it is.

This informal style of inspection does not include a written report, is treated more as a consulting service to help you find problems you may have overlooked after years of becoming used to them.

The rate for Peace-of-Mind Inspections is $50 per hour. We simply walk through the house with you, pointing out trouble areas, and offer advice on how to address those problems.
